What should I wear?
The event starts at the Valley of Rocks and participants take the illuminated trail to the town of Lynton via a beautiful woodland 
walk. From Lynton, participants descend via a steep zigzag path down the cliffs to the harbour area at Lynmouth.
We recommend stout footwear suitable for outdoor terrains. High heel or sandals are not suitable.
The weather in the area can change rapidly from one hour to the next. Influenced by the surrounding moors and the channel coast, the area can be prone to winds, rain showers and fog. Wrap up warm - you can always remove a layer if you get hot!
